Associate Veterinarian

Established practice in the Piedmont area of South Carolina beginning its centennial year. 90 miles to Charlotte, Columbia or Asheville, 150 miles to Atlanta, and 4 hours to Myrtle Beach, Spartanburg is a strategic location for quality of life escapes. Spartanburg is a community with five colleges and a new medical school.  Traditionally the practice was a large animal practice but has transitioned to a three doctor practice small animal practice with some haul in equine and small ruminant practice if desired. Emergency clinic is available for after hour’s referral. Current facility was built in 1999 with 3 exam rooms, special procedures room and surgery suite. The hospital has an in clinic lab, radiographic and ultrasound capabilities, with reference lab pickup twice a day. Clientele expects diagnostics and quality care. Excellent referral facility is within 45 miles.  Externs and preceptors are encouraged.
