Job Description

We are expanding our office and need full time office administrative staff. Located in Montgomery Alabama our 4 doctor, AAHA certified practice is a state of the art facility offering comprehensive veterinary services, boarding, doggie day care and grooming. Voted Montgomery's Best Veterinary Practice for seven consecutive years, selected candidates will be working in a well respected and established practice.

Ideal candidate would have experience working in a veterinary office setting and be familiar with veterinary software systems. General knowledge of vaccinations and parasitology a plus. 

Selected applicant must be able to work full time and be able to answer a multiline phone system, schedule patients for a treatment or services, answer general questions, conduct clinic tours, assist with marketing campaigns, prepare patient paperwork, and professionally greet clients.
