Abstract Submission The deadline for abstract submission is February 13, 2009 (Friday).  Abstracts should be a maximum of 500 words and Arial size 12 font should be used.  Abstracts should be sent via email to allgods@auburn.edu (Mrs. Debbie Allgood, Research Day Administrator) or huggikw@auburn.edu (Dr. Kevin Huggins, Program Coordinator) as a MSWord file. In order to properly identify abstracts please use the following format: I.  Title II.  Authors names III.  Affiliation/Institution IV.  Abstract description NOTE:  Please include presentation preference (oral, poster or no preference).  A select number of abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation. Oral Presentations Each talk will be limited to 12 minutes for oral presentations followed by 3-5 minutes for audience discussion.   Poster Presentations Posters should be no larger than 48 inches x 72 inches (4 feet x 6 feet) in size. Participants should be located near their posters during the Poster Sessions to answer questions and discuss their work.
