Dr. Ruffin – Faculty Advisor ruffidc@vetmed.auburn.edu Dr. Ruffin was born and raised in Frankfort, KY. Prior to vet school, she worked in all aspects of the Thoroughbred industry from breeding to racing.  She attended undergraduate at the University of Kentucky and veterinary school at Auburn University.  She did an internal medicine residency and master's degree program at Auburn University as well.  She has been working as a faculty member of the AUCVM since 1995 as a field services/internal medicine clinician.  Dr. Ruffin has special interests in equine medicine, dentistry, production medicine, wound healing, and podiatry.
