What We Do

We diagnose pathogens by quantitative detection of signature nucleic acid sequences with real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methodology. Our approach to microbiological diagnostics has recently been featured in eBIOforum Magazine.

Our lab is based on the application of patent-pending real-time PCR methods developed for research with intracellular Chlamydia bacteria.

Our real-time PCR delivers reliable results with rapid turnaround and results available within 24 hours after sample receipt.

At $60 per assay , critical PCR diagnoses are cost effective and translate rapidly - therefore effectively - into targeted therapy.

WHAT'S NEW...

Our approach to FIP diagnosis was recently featured in Veterinary Medicine. Please see the FIP assay for details.

NEW ASSAYS  -  we offer now a Lyme Borrelia PCR that detects single Lyme Borrelia spp. bacteria in blood (or other samples) of any host species.  We also offer now as spin-off from our research laboratory a genus-specific Chlamydia PCR that differentiates all nine animal and human Chlamydia spp.
