Equine Critical Care Visiting Hours All visitation must be scheduled with the Clinician or Resident on the case. Visitation Procedures: All visitors to the Large Animal Teaching Hospital must check in at the admissions desk. Visitors will be given a visitor badge to wear during their visit Individuals without a badge will be sent to the front desk to obtain a badge We request that visits do not exceed 2 hours  Please have any treats or feed approved for your horse.  Your horse may be on a restricted diet due to their illness Please obtain permission from your clinician before taking your horse out of the stall to walk or hand graze Please do not wander through the equine barns for the privacy of other owners as well as in respect of our biosecurity protocol Dogs are not allowed in our equine facility. Your pet can board temporarily in our small animal facility until your visit is concluded.
