Biography

Dr. Smith-Carr earned the DVM from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine and the Ph.D. from Washington State University. She completed her internship and residency at Washington State University.

Dr. Smith-Carr is the Small Animal Internal Medicine Service Clinician and the Clinician of Record for Small Animal Blood Donor Program.
