Biography

 

Dr. Meredith Voyles earned both her undergraduate and DVM degrees at Auburn University. Following graduation, she spent six years in private small animal general practice in Fairhope, Alabama, where she developed an interest in ophthalmology. She later returned to Auburn as the faculty community outpatient clinician and completed an ophthalmology residency, followed by board certification from the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists. She then relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where she spent 10 years in a private practice ophthalmology hospital. She has returned to Alabama to join the faculty of Auburn’s Gulf Shores Specialty Hospital, where she will teach veterinary students while providing medical and surgical ophthalmology specialty care to gulf coast area veterinarians and referrals.
