Dear Referring Veterinarians,
We now partner with DVMInsight teleradiology to help with the efficiency in providing a consultation report, and we will only accept digital referral images through this process. We no longer accept images attached to email messages or sent directly to our referral server. If you wish to use our service, you will need to complete the DVMInsight New Client Request form (clicking on this will send you to the form). Specify Auburn University at the top of the form for the teleradiology company you would like to use and send the completed form to DVMInsight at support@DVMinsight.net. This company will guide you through the setup process to send the images and referral information to us. You will still be able to select either a preferred radiologist or 1st available radiologist.

Auburn University’s radiology staff is happy to help you with your imaging cases.
- We will make every effort to provide you with an oral or written report in a timely manner, but due to our in-house responsibilities, we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time or “stat” time, nor are we are able to provide weekend or holiday support.
- If you have not received a report or phone call regarding a case within 24-48 hours after online submission of the request, please do not hesitate to call and check on the status of the case.
- Ultrasound evaluations are only evaluated by a few of the participating radiologists in our service, so a report on ultrasound images may be delayed until a participating radiologist is available to read ultrasound images.
- Please also note that we do not offer reports on equine pre-purchase examinations or other presale or screening examinations.
