AUCVM Student Clubs and Organizations that plan to host an event with external entity interaction are required to request event approval using the Student Club Event Request with External Entity form on the AUCVM website. Requests will be reviewed monthly by the EIC. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
