Brigetta Allen Hughes

Dr. Brigetta Allen Hughes received her DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee and also earned a master’s in avian medicine from the University of Georgia CVM.  Board certified by the American College of Poultry Veterinarians, she has a lifetime of experience in poultry, from being a small flock owner, to serving as a commercial flock technical service veterinarian, to acting as a state diagnostic consultant for small and commercial flocks. She currently specializes in pathology and disease diagnosis and consults with veterinarians and small flock owners regarding disease prevention, management and treatment.
