George E. Moore

After graduating from the University of Tennessee’s College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Moore spent more than 22 years in the U. S. Army on various assignments, including Director of the Department of Defense Military Working Dog Veterinary Services at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. He is currently a professor at Purdue University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in West Lafayette, Indiana. He is also the author or co-author of more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. His research interests include vaccine safety, infectious diseases and companion animal disease epidemiology.
