Histopathology & Necropsy

The Department of Pathobiology offers a surgical pathology service to a broad clientele of practicing veterinarians and the Auburn University Veterinary Teaching Hospital.  Necropsy services are provided for the Teaching Hospital.  These academically-based services offer a panel of histochemical and immunohistochemical techniques to enhance their diagnostic and clinical research capabilities.  Services are validated by the Veterinary Laboratory Association Quality Assurance Program.
