What is the fee for each test?

What are the specimen requirements for testing?

At least 1 mL EDTA whole blood (purple top tube) and 3 to 5 blood smears fixed in methanol (Diff-Quick #1). Smears are only required for the Congenital Macrothrombocytopenia test.

Should I send my samples with an ice pack?

Blood samples do not require an ice pack.

What is the turnaround time for testing?

6-8 business days after receiving the specimen

 

 

Which shipping method do you prefer?

Any method is acceptable, but turnaround time will vary based on which courier you choose. USPS takes longer to arrive, so your results may be delayed.
