Dr. Nathan Hall from Texas Technical University discusses the findings from a study jointly conducted with Auburn University on training paradigms of detection canines. Dr. Hall details how to present initial odors for imprinting a “green” canine, how the way that different odors are presented has an impact on the canine’s learning speed and generalization across different explosive types.
