Biography
Dr. Courtney is originally from the Southwest of England where she also completed her veterinary degree at the University of Surrey. After graduation she moved to Lexington, Kentucky to undertake a private practice equine surgical internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. She then moved to Athens, Georgia to undertake a Large Animal Internship where she rotated between medicine, surgery, and emergency services. She then successfully matched to the Auburn University to undertake her equine surgical residency. In her free time Ellie enjoys spending time with friends, yoga and reading.
