Biography
Dr. Mary Beth Hannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University in 2015, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell in 2021. She also completed certification in veterinary acupuncture (CVA) through Chi University in 2021. Dr. Hannon brings a strong background in emergency and critical care from her experience in private practice, and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for both routine and complex cases.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hannon volunteers as a trail veterinarian for long-distance sled dog races, including the Yukon Quest in Alaska. She has collaborated on numerous research projects involving sled dogs and exercise physiology. Outside of work, Dr. Hannon enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs.
