Biography
Dr. Jesudoss Chelladurai joined the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in August 2024 as Assistant Professor of Veterinary Parasitology. She received her BVSc from Madras Veterinary College, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai, India. She received a M.S. in Microbiology from North Dakota State University and a PhD in Veterinary Pathology (Emphasis area: Parasitology) from Iowa State University. She is ACVM board certified in Veterinary Parasitology and Veterinary Immunology. She is also trained in Bioinformatics through the University of Birmingham. She was previously an Assistant Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University.
Dr. Jesudoss Chelladurai is the course coordinator of the two didactic Veterinary Parasitology courses in the DVM curriculum. She also leads the Parasitology section of the CVM Pathobiology Diagnostic Labs.
