- Analyzers, unassisted usage: Usage is counted based on the log in and log out time stamp recorded by the operation software.
- Cell sorter, unassisted analysis: Usage is counted based on the time stamp of the first and last sample plus 15 minutes of cleaning time.
- Assisted operation: Usage is counted from the beginning of the booked time to the completion of the post-acquisition cleaning. If the operation started earlier than the booked start time, the earlier time is applied.
- For cell sorting, additional 30 minutes setup time will be users’ responsibility to complete the sort calibration and tube position testing.
- To be an unassisted operator, all users must go through the designated training structure. Hands-on training must be taken directly by the facility personnel.
