Summer Scholar Application Form

Only first and second year veterinary students currently enrolled in an AAVMC-accredited D.V.M. curriculum are eligible to apply. Veterinary students who possess an MS or PhD degree or who are currently enrolled in a graduate program are not eligible.

Please Note: Student should have full commitment to the length of the program (10 weeks).
