2025 Annual Conference offers wealth of continuing education opportunities
For more than a century, Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine has served as a cornerstone of veterinary education in the Southeast. The college’s 2025 Annual Conference builds on that legacy while delivering leading-edge continuing education and professional development for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, students, faculty members and industry professionals nationally and globally.
Scheduled for October 2-4 at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center, this year’s conference blends tradition with innovation to meet the evolving needs of the veterinary profession.

Now in its 118th year, the conference represents an important part of Auburn’s legacy as the Southeast’s oldest college of veterinary medicine. Whether you’re a veterinarian, technician, student, or industry partner, this event offers something for everyone:
- Earn up to 20 continuing education credits in such areas as small animal, equine and farm animal medicine, pharmacy, practice management and technician tracks.

Celebrating excellence
On Friday, Oct. 3, the college will outstanding professionals during the presentation of the J.T. Vaughan Outstanding Equine Service Award and the El Toro Award.
On Saturday, Oct. 4, the college will host class reunions for DVM graduates from the following cohorts: 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020.
