Wet Lab

This four-hour laboratory combines concise didactic instruction with extensive hands-on practice to develop practical skills in small animal arthrocentesis and intra-articular injection techniques. Using canine and feline specimens, participants will perform arthrocentesis of the shoulder, elbow, carpus, stifle, and tarsus under the guidance of two experienced instructors, including a board-certified small animal surgeon with practice limited to orthopedics.
